Inventory Process

Inventory Process to Agent / Landlord / Tenant
  • On the day of any such inventory a Schedule of Condition summary will be completed by the service clerk and signed by the tenant if present. Three copies of the Inventory report will be compiled with one original and two copies of the Schedule of Condition attached

  • A Schedule of Condition is a summary of the general condition and cleanliness throughout the property and also the meter readings taken on the service day

  • TRIC will post reports with invoice to Agent for payment

  • Private landlords and tenants will be invoiced after service and reports distributed once payment has been received in full

  • Addendums and Amendments will be actioned on request, please send details by fax

  • All reports are subject to correction or dispute within a 7 day period from receipt by the client
Additional Information
  • All meters readings will be recorded, if access available or specified keys to such cupboards or other areas are available

  • Inventory reports compiled and posted within 5 working days from service date / please request if quick turnaround required

  • Cancelling appointments are subject to a 50% surcharge, if not cancelled within 24 hours of service date
